If you are a Vendor or Food Vendor and would like to participate in the 2026 4th of July Fireworks at the Ulster County Fairgrounds, complete and submit the form below.

    Food Vendors only:

    After completing the form above, return it with the following:

    • $200 application fee. Your space MUST be clean when you leave to avoid a $50 charge. Make check payable to "Local at Heart" or pay online via the payment button below.


    • Certificate of Liability naming the following as insured: Ulster County Agricultural Society and Local at Heart, Inc.


    • Food vendors only: Copy of your Ulster County Department of Health Permit
